      ** **** ** ******* I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience with Skyward Balloon.

      On May 31, 2022, I made reservation for air balloon ride scheduled for June 6th. I paid a deposit of $226 CAD via Email transfer. ** *** ** ******* ******** ** * ******** ***** **** ******** upon arrival in Cambridge, we were informed at the last minute that the flight was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. However our rescheduled booking for August 1st was cancelled for the same reason upon our arrival. I tried to make a third booking on August 25,2022. However, I encountered significant delays in receiving responses from them via email and phone. It became increasingly difficult for us to find a suitable time to reschedule.

      Despite our efforts to arrive promptly for each scheduled flight, we were met with cancellations beyond our control. It is worth noting that we were not "no shows" and diligently followed all instructions provided by Skyward Balloon. Additionally, I am puzzled as to why credit card payments are not accepted but email transfer is the only option. **** ******** ***** *********** ** ***** ** ******** ** ** ************* **** Skyward Balloon has held onto my deposit for two years without providing the promised service. **** ********* ****** ******** ** ********** ** *** ** ******** ********* **** ****** ********** ******* ************* **** **** **** **** ** *** ** ** ***** ******* ******* ** *********** * ********** ** ******** **** ** ********** ************ ****** ****** ***** *** *** ***** I request that Skyward Balloon refunds my deposit of $226 CAD, I can assure you that all statements made are factual and supported by email correspondence.
