    I hired this business for Snow removal and signed a contract around November 25, 2023 as they said that was the date to get some rebate. They charged me 10% of the total contract in advance which was around $36.22. Rest was payments every month for $65.20 per month from Dec. 1 to April 1 as long as they provide service. In December 2023, there was no snow but I still paid. Jan 1, I paid another instalment and they only came 2 times after lots of back and forth and were mad that they had to come. On Jan 23, I lost my job and I am the sole support of the family. Business owner ***** knew about this. He still asked for money for Feb. 1 and I paid the full $65.20. They did not come to clean snow in February or in March. There were two snow falls. i waited 24 hours one time and more than 2 days in Feb. but no answer. Even in January, they did not follow the contract to come twice a day and one extra time if it is more. They only came once on the day of snow after lots of back and forth and I was told that other people were the priority. ***** said that he was out with family friends. I had no choice but to get it done as otherwise I was going to be fined by the city. I asked ***** to pay my money back but I was told that he will get back to me. Today he said that it is too late to ask for a refund. I want my money back because this is fraud to charge money and not provide the service. Thank you

    This client been a nightmare since day one always a complaint with her we been going to her property everytime they were snow and we have pictures to prove it and even one time she made me rush someone to her property telling me she had alot of snow my guy when and she had less then the minimum she refuses to pay extra because she rush us to go to her property. The month before the last one on the contract we only miss one day and that one was a crazy storm she requested refund I said I can offer you last month free she agreed and I have all the prove by email. Then on the last month they were only one day snow and my guy was on his way and because it was not on her clock she told me it's fine I found someone else to do the job properly meanwhile my guy was on his way. The whole season when they were just tiny bit snow or the snow would be starting she would be calling us asking where we are and I kept telling her she didnt have call us everytime she see snow that we will be there has she kept saying she doesn't want to have to call us everytime. She is one of the most nightmare client I had I also give her the lowest price of the season aswell to help her out . So no refund will be done has she accept to have the last month free and decided to end the contract and go with someone else and waste our time . So no refund will be made and nor her numbers for the refund make any sense. I have all the email going back in forth of the agreement and all of you would like to have them. This review is 100% false and we also salt her property pretty much all season when it was not even part of her package.

    I am rejecting this response because: He is lying. I have her texts and pics too. He is an issue for everyone. He had a guy who worked for him and he didn't pay him. I have text of him telling me to be careful about him coming to me as he was going to take him to  court for his funds. He also didn't pay another person who did my property one time. So, he gets money from clients but do not pay the poor people who worked for him. Money is transferred to an account by the name ******* which was his old name. Business is run under his new name *****. It is all messed up records. I need my money back. For him, everyone is an issue other than him when the real issue is him. I can show you my texts to him. He is a liar.
