    ****** In September we hired them to do minor construction on our pool and install a new pool liner. I signed a contract and I paid upfront to get a small discount on the job. They started the work and then disappeared. This company left with $10K of our families hard earned money, damage to our back yard and pool, and we were devastated. Repairs to the damage done to our backyard and pool and re ordering the liner cost us another $16K on top of the $10K we lost.

    Are we at fault for not doing more research? Of course. Are we at fault for taking a discount on the project cost to pay this company upfront? Of course. We have learned a hard lesson.
    We have gone through lawyers, we have a small claims case, *** *** *** ****** ***** *** ***** **** * ****** ******* ****. * **** **** ** **** *** ***** **** ******* *** suggest to everyone to do their research thoroughly before hiring anyone.

    ********* **** ********** cost me large and they didn't finish. Completely ghosted me. Spent 1 year off and on in my yard. I wanted an 8 ft deep end and D. S. (the owner) told me after doing a 6ft he would never do an 8ft. I wanted a water feature and when it was time to build it, he said he couldn't do one for less than another $5000. He used a tarp between my retainer wall and walking platform to save on concrete. I currently have a pool not hooked up just wasting away. 13 months ** ******** **** and its going to cost me more to have another company fix the **** this guy did to my yard.
    I agreed to a 14'x28' inground with water feature, lights, ladder, salt water pool at 8 ft deep at total cost of $71,000. I have a 6ft tub with possibly leaking liner not connected with none of the above at $79,000 and he changed the document to show I owed another $5000. Unbelievable.
