    I had my roof done 12 years ago but them and they were amazing then. But I got a leak and called Above & Beyond Roofing to take a look at what work needs to be done to get ghosted and I called 4 times and left voicemail and emails with no answer. I'm not sure what happened but they need to do better to call people back instead of ghosting people after 2 weeks of calling and emailing.

    The warranty for this property had expired years previously. We tried to communicate with this lady via email, however she kept phoning the office and demanding we call instead. This was not possible at the time due to sickness. She was unhappy with our timeline for an appointment to see her, leaving rude messages, whereupon I suggested she contact another company who could accommodate her demands.
