    I would not recommend this company. I am aware that they operate under other names, which should have alerted me to the problem. I will know for next time. ************* seemed competent and professional when we first discussed replacing our front deck. He advised that the materials would have to be ordered, which would take a few weeks. I then had to hound the admin, ************************* for the catalogue. I finally received it and promptly sent in my choices. Months later with only a weekend's notice, we were told **** would arrive on Monday, so we ripped apart our trellises and gardens to accommodate him. We were then advised that they hadn't ordered the materials, so he was not coming after all. As time passed, we were advised that they didn't quote for the posts holding up the deck, so the price was increased and the wait extended. I agreed to the new price and told ******* to go ahead. Now it is November 15 and I can only assume we have been ghosted. Getting answers to my questions throughout this process has been like pulling teeth and I have had no recent communication from them at all. Now my garden is in shambles and I am stuck with a possibly unsafe deck for the winter. The lack of professionalism and courtesy has been epic!
