    I hired Newhouse home comfort in June 2022 and was done in October 2022 (I was told the work could be done in a few weeks). The works looks good. (And hope lasts as never received the info I requested re warranties). But the process to get this job completed was the most stressful experience I have ever had trying to execute the agreement. I deal with 30-40 small businesses a year and never was I so concerned would never see my deposit or had to chase so much. I was patient at first then had to contact the company multiple times. I am happy the work was done after all the attempts and deflections but don’t wish this stress onto anyone.
