      On January 3, 2025 I sent a white ****** ***** jacket to be cleaned at Cadet cleaners Oakville for the regular cleanup and for a paint stain, they charged me 135 dollars, and they told me to take it on January 19.
      I went to get it today, they didn't clean the stain and said they couldn't get it out, they didn't do the regular cleanup, and said the back office probably forgot and they broke the strap of the jacket and said sorry it is a mistake from the plant. and they refused to even give me my money back.
      They said it is the plant mistake that abd they don't know why they broke it or didn't clean. But they will not give me my money back

      Paid $50 on April 29, 2023 through ****. He wanted cash.
      Alterations of pants. The owner agreed to increase the pants to fit and apply invisible zipper.
      Pick up pants on 29th, store did not facilitate a place to try on.
      Tried on pants at home and it did not fit.
      Called store several times on Monday and got no answer. Visited store on may 1, spoke with the owner who agreed to do the alterations and he made all sort of excuses and said that he wants me to pay more. He did not do the alterations as discussed *** **** *** ******** **** ** ********** *** *** ***** ***** ** ************** *** ******* ** *** ** *** ***** ******* ******* ******** *** ******* ***
