    I am a Restaurant Owner as well as a Public School Teacher. I purchased a Fridge and Freezer for approximately $7,500 from ***** ******* * ********** ********* * ****** in July 2020. These appliances have a warranty with the manufacturers ***** ************* ******** until July 2023 and extended warranty for an additional 3 yrs on the compressors.

    In July 2022 I noticed that there was water dripping from somewhere in the "roof" of the fridge and I had to placing containers on the top shelf so as to catch this water. I contacted ***** ******* and they informed me that RG Henderson was one of the service providers (SPs). The SPs sent a service repair man to my restaurant who inspected the issue. The service repair man reported that there was a "plate" in the upper portion of the fridge which needed to be replaced. This seemed to fix the problem as there was no more leakage.

    In September 2022 I received an invoice from RG Henderson for $525.45. The invoice had no description of services in the Memo line but I know it had to be the job done in August as I did not use this company for any other services. I reached out to **** ************* in October to enquire as to why I am being billed for services rendered by one of their providers when my appliance was still under warranty. I was advised that **** ************* had already paid the SP on August 31, 2022 and that I should send the SP an email to that effect and cc the warranty dept at **** *************. I did that on Oct. 17, 2022 and someone by the name of ***** ***** responded by saying she would look into the matter and get back to me shortly. That was the last I heard from the SP - RG Henderson.

    On Friday, December 16, 2022 I am entering my classroom with my students at approximately 9:15 am and I received a call from a female at ****** *** (************* stating that she is calling on behalf of RG Henderson for non-payment of above-mentioned bill. **** ***** ************ ** ** **** *** **** **********
