    I wish to add to the Complaint, that the Tow Driver, had requested for me "to move my belonging’s from in front of the car to the trunk.

    I replied that I would not need to put it in the trunk since I was going inside my apartment.  He told me, he was going to test the battery,

    but not that he was planning to start the car, which he did and that is when he drove over my bag, (belonging’s and Bible).

    He did not have my okay to drive my car, as the automobile was to be delivered back to my dealer in the no-start condition that I had found it in.

    It did not make sense what he did, but he was trying to save time, and not use his winch.

    Hamid should have asked me if I wished for him to start the car, but he did not do so.

    When I asked Hamid to back up, off of my stuff, he did and then started talking back to me.

    There was no reason for this.

    I wish for an apology from the driver and from the Towing company as well as compensation for the damaged Bible.


    h a Supervisor about this troubling incident, nobody ever called me back to respond to my concerns. I paid close to $2,000, for an extended Warranty to ****** Scarborough, and I am treated very badly. I wish to make this complaint on the basis of this occurrence which transpired, early Sunday Morning.
    I feel that there is a vicarious liability RULE that would hold ****** responsible , as they'd hired S.R.R. to act on their behalf, to represent the Dealer, should a client experience issues with their vehicle's. I wish to be compensated for the $30.00 I paid for this Bible recently, since the cover is now ruined.

    Good evening and thnak you for your email and the opportunity to respond on this. 

     

    The driver involved is no longer with our comopany and thus, we are unable to addresss the concern as we woukd like to. However, we are certainly prepared to compensate the customer with the $30 requetsed funds for a new bible. 

    Kinldy advice where the funds can be sent to so we may proceed with such reimbursemnet.
