Penner Custom Building came to our property June 12, 2023 to look at my garden shed that required repair. He indicated he needed a cheque for $1,600.00 Cdn. I gave a cheque annotated shed repair. Penner cahed the Cheque on June 19,2023. Penner did not do any work on the shed. Penner called me December 01, 2023 and said he had a window for garage in his shop. I said I did not want the garage window replaced, I wanted my garden shed repaired but it was to late in December to do the work. He dropped a garage window off at my property in front of my garage door blocking it on 12/07/2023 and left without coming to the door. I called and Penner said the window cost $1,000.00 and he could install it for $600.00 or we could have someone else install the window and he would refund $600.00 to us. To date we have not received $600.00, we had *********** ******* install the window - I am requesting the BBB to assist me to have Penner return the $600.00 as he wrote in his email to us dated 12/2023.
