    ****************** owner o manages/operates a store in ****************** "Our Space" where she offers various items, Candles, Consumables, and (Upholstery repairs). Contacted owner in Feb 2024 to have a snowmobile seat repaired. ***** indicated she could complete the work but would require some time. Dropped Snowmobile seat at business located in *********, Made numerous attempts to contact ***** by Email, social media, Phone to determine status of repair. Attempted to contact both ***** and ******** Aug - Sept. Both refuses to return any communications. They still have my seat, refusing to provide any update or explanation. This is Theft!

    This customer has said they were coming to pick up said piece probably 2 months ago. All he needs to do is actually show up during business hours which he never showed at any of the areanged dates. We don't have time to hold hands here. He's been told before that the hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 5pm.  It's been here taking up room. We advise pick up before the 26th of October as we are relocating and don't need to move pieces that have been sitting here waiting for pick up. He is unfortunately not the only customer who seems to forget where we are.

    Thank you so much for your time in this matter. If only there was an better customer bureau.
