    Recommended by an acquaintance when I had a leak problem on my roof. After inspecting he said he knew exactly what the problem was. Gave me a quote that was a bit higher than the others I received but was reassured by his confidence in his ability to rectify the problem that he identified. Repaired the problem that he identified and installed all new shingles. 3 years later the roof leaked in the same place damaging upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. Had another contractor look at the roof and although was not aware of the history, did not gave much good to say about the roof work that was previously done. Quote Hey. I'm on the roof now. It isnt great. It should have been resheathed when shingled. The vent pipe was dis connected and just sitting in the boot. The lower edge of the shingles goes up, holding water and backing it up into the house. The water damage is on the bathroom ceiling and around bedroom window and trim. I'd also recommend a vent on top. Pictures to follow... Could be he had poor help but they should have been supervised. Lots of damage and I wasted my money when I hired this company. Over $8,000 in orriginal emergency repair and new shingles
