    To move our families belongings from one house to another.
    This was our communication to them:
    1. We chose your company to support local.
    2. They came to assess all needed to be moved from the 2 main floors, basement, garage, and outdoors, which your estimate was based on. We did understand that this was an estimate.
    3, They said this move needed his biggest truck. To assist, we moved a load of items from the garage and the outdoors with our utility trailer a week before. Other big items such as a TV stand, a big TV, and our harvest table of 8, also did not have to be moved, from the original visual visit for quoting. Furthermore, to assist the crew, we moved almost all of our 2 main floor boxes to the front room of the house for easier loading leg-work.
    4. In the end, a trailer was sent instead and was not big enough. A garage full of belongings had to stay behind. We thank you for picking it up promptly the next business day, Mon Dec 11th. However, we then spent $650 to rent a 14 ' truck, which Chris had to drive 10 hours from Perth and back, as well as load all the leftovers with no help. This became a 12-hour* *********** ********* day!
    5. Your final bill is *************** disproportionate to your estimate. While about 15% of our stuff was left behind, the bill is 25% over-estimation. We understand that loading took 7 hours hours. However, unloading took 4 hours. We do understand that there was a 6-hour minimum charge. Your estimation states " 3 men @ $260/ hour for out-of- Town rate" and your final bill states "4 men @ $400/ hour".
