    My father paid for the entire summer season, but unfortunately he passed away at the park on June 18,2023.
    I went back to the park to inform them about this and the manager said that because he had pre-paid we have all the time we need to clear out the site and potentially use it if we chose. We had to remove my dad‘s trailer so that we could deal with the items inside. He also had a deck, an E bike and a fire pit that was left on the site that we were going to deal with throughout the summer. They informed us that they were moving the E bike and the deck because it was a hazard. I went back and noticed that they had rented out the site in July. I finally got to speak with a manager on August 9, he was very rude and told me that he assumed we weren’t going to use the site so he rented it out. He is refusing to refund the money for the site for the time that he has rented it out to someone new. He claimed his staff had called us many times to ask us, but I have all mine, my husbands and my brothers phone records and they did not contact us once. The manager refuses to refund any money, or letting us use the site because he has already rented it out to someone new.
    All we want is the money returned to my fathers account, because they rented out the property when they said that it was ours until the end of the season because it was already pre-paid for. The manager was very rude very unprofessional.
