    This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had my windshield replaced at their ***********, ON location. Less than a month later the moulding started to come off. The entire top section came loose and was flapping in the wind. I went back to the shop and they repaired it. A little over a year later the same thing happened again with another section of the moulding. This time they claimed they didnt warranty the moulding and refused to take any responsibility. I pointed out this was the second time the problem had occurred, so there seemed to be an issue with the original installation. At this the technician became extremely rude and combative, shouting at me and using the f word repeatedly. I wasnt going to put up with this kind of behaviour, so I just left. This company is very unprofessional and does not stand behind its work.
