    Self Parking lot used Feb. 24th to Mar. 4th, 2023
    I arrived at the lot for the beginning of my stay, the cars already parked there and the main driveways were slush and snow-covered. The lot was not maintained, unkept and overcrowded. I had a hard time finding a spot. When I did find a spot I had to squeeze into it over snow that had been left by a previous occupant. I had to park to get to my flight but did not feel safe leaving my keys. On my return, there was more snow the lot was not cleared. The roads were covered in snow/slush/ice and the vehicles snowed in including mine. I know that my responsibility is to clean my car off to get it ready to leave but the amount of snow left before/during my stay made it impossible to get out of the space. The attendants made a half-hearted attempt to help me using haphazard methods like cardboard and plastic shovels, they had one bag of salt they gave me. No sand or equipment to assist. Other patrons were trying to help, the attendants walked away. They left me stuck in the parking lot/space and told me that I had to get myself out as I self-parked out or call a tow truck at a cost of up to $300! I was stuck, out in the snow soaking wet for almost two hours trying to get out after. * ** ** ***** *** trying to dig out while they looked on from their shack. I called several times asking for help. It was getting late and dark. No money for a tow truck and I would think that their responsibility to help and see my car safely out of their parking lot. I felt totally abandoned and treated with contempt. I feared for my health and safety. This was totally unacceptable.
