    I've used this business since 2017 and have referred others to use. Last year we found their service had declined eg) Not ready to drive us when we arrived at their office, and drivers not so friendly or helpful.
    I booked a reservation on April 7/25 using a discount code received by email. My credit card info wasn't accepted as I realized I had not yet activated my replacement card. I immediately did so and returned to my reservation and entered the information. Instead of updating my reservation, it created a new one, without the discount. I then had 2 reservations - one pending with the discount and another paid without discount. Unable to make any changes online, I called them. The agent advised she could NOT refund the 20% difference between the 2 reservations. She suggested I cancel the full price reservation and create a new one with the discount - the difference being kept as a credit in my "wallet" for some future date. She insisted she was unable to refund but to email them and they would respond in 2-3 days. The 20% discount would be honoured.
    With no response by April 21/25 I called again. Another agent insisted she could not refund the difference and advised the 20% discount had expired. (I did receive an email today with another 20% offer).
    I reviewed the situation with her and she insisted we could cancel and rebook with a discount, but the difference would go to the wallet and not as a refund. * ******* ** **** ******* *** *** *** *** asked if I never used the business again because of my experience, what would happen to my wallet credit? * ***** ***** ***** ** *** ******* ** ****** *** ****** **** **** ** ***** *** the company just keep it?
    The agent suggested cancelling both and insisted I check my email - no updated email received. She then just hung up and I realized she had cancelled both reservations and there is now a credit pending on my credit card. They could have done that in the first place and kept a customer.

    Jan 2023, I booked their service while away on a business trip. Dropping off my car was easy. However, when picking up my car, it was one *** after another. I called the number to advise I was ready to be picked up. I was provided with the pickup location and told they would be there in 20 mins. 30 mins passed and I called for an update. They advised it would be another 15 mins and they would be leaving shortly. Another 20 mins passed and I called back, again asking for an ETA. They advised they would be there in 10 mins. After 1 hr and 20 mins, I finally was picked up. No apology. Nothing.
    Gave them another try in March 2023, booked them for a personal trip. Again, drop off at the airport went off without any issues. Picked up from the airport within 30 mins and I drove away. While driving home, I noticed the sliding cover for my moonroof was open. I thought it was odd as I do not drive with the cover open. I didn’t think anything more of it. When I got home, as I was backing up in my driveway to park, I noticed my backseat was disheveled. My son’s car seat was unbuckled and placed at an awkward angle. My jacket and sweatshirt that was on my back seat were now on the floor in front of my son’s car seat. An unopened juice box I had on the back seat was now on my son’s car seat. I did not leave the backseat in this condition prior to handing over my car to Park 4 U.
    I contacted the company the next day and explained the situation, my concern with my vehicle being used for unauthorized purposes and my displeasure with my findings. The female supervisor I spoke to offered me $20 credit for my next trip and advised she would talk to the 2 individuals that accessed my car. She stated she would contact me after speaking to the 2 individuals that accessed my vehicle and provide me with a follow-up. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from the supervisor or business.

    We used Park For U while away on a trip from August 17- 27, 2021. When we landed back in Toronto on August 27, 2021, we were informed that our vehicle had been broken into. The passenger side rear window was smashed, and the steering wheel airbag was stolen.   We spoke with the manager, Paul, and he indicated that they would help cover the cost of the insurance deductible. Because we don't live in Toronto, we had to scramble to find a repair shop that evening so that we could drive the 3 hour trip home. The repair incurred $1,259.79 in total out of pocket expenses (insurance deductible, cleaning fee & removal of broken glass, and Park For U parking fee.)   Park For U falsely advertised a number of security measures on their website at the time of service, including keeping a secure fence around the vehicle storage facility, maintaining proper lighting at night, and maintaining a camera surveillance system. Our vehicle was stored 65 Skyway Ave, Toronto, ON- and we discovered that the parking lot belonged to a Montana's and an out of business fur auction house.   The lot was not fenced in, it was poorly lit with no on-site security, and the nearest security camera was approximately 100 meters away. Our vehicle was parked in the very back of the lot along a tree line, leaving it vulnerable to theft with zero protection.   We requested from Park For U a minimum of $800 in compensation. We called and emailed them multiple times, on at least 15 different occasions. We were able to reach the manager Paul on five occasions, but the majority of our calls seemed to have been intentionally evaded.   Our last successful contact with Paul himself was in October, 2021. He said he would look into compensation that would be available to us (we never heard back) and at that time, he stated that their company was not liable for the damages that occurred. We have made three attempts to contact him since October, 2021, but he has not returned our calls/ emails.
