      Hi I used a ATM machine belonging to this company at *** ****** ***** located in ***** *****, Newfoundland. I intended to take out $40 , the transaction seemed to being goi g through then it said declined, which I found strange so I tried it again then it wouldn’t work . I reached out to the company via an email ** *** ******** ******. After a week from initial contact with the representative ******** ** *** ****** I reached out to see if they had heard anything they responded that so far they have not . They then told me they had sent another email to inquire. But somehow that email has disappeared maybe due that when I reached out a couple of days ago I mentioned that I would be contacting the BBB. So seeing how that email had disappeared I reached out again but still have not heard anything back. I sent them a receipt showing the info they wanted , I have checked my bank account several times to see if I have been refunded but nothing. Hoping you are able to help me out in this situation. Thanks ** ****
