      ********* ********** UNFAIR TREATMENT AFTER HONEST FEEDBACK – MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED AND BLACKLISTED WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION.
      *** ******* **** ****** *** **** ** ***** ** *********** *** **** ** ***** ********* *** hopefully receive the accountability and compensation I deserve.
      I purchased a membership at POPULAR CAR WASH LOCATED IN ETOBICOKE (****** ** *) expecting reliable service. Unfortunately, they were closed twice during hours they were supposed to be open, causing me to waste my time driving there with no notice or explanation. On another visit, my car was returned to me poorly washed and still covered in soap. Frustrated but honest, I left a negative review ******* ***** *********** ** ****** ***** ** ***** **** ********** ** *** ******* ***** ******** 
      What happened next was shocking and unacceptable.
      On my next visit, a staff member stopped me and brought me to the manager. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, the manager confronted me and pressured me to delete the review. I calmly explained I was just being honest and had no reason to remove it. Shortly after, without warning, my membership was canceled. I was blacklisted, and now I’m not allowed to renew or even use their services.
      Since then:
      • No one responds to customer service emails.
      • They don’t answer calls.
      • I get ignored when I visit in person.
      • I’ve been completely shut out, just for telling the truth.
      This is *********** behavior that silences customers and punishes them for sharing their honest experiences. Businesses should be held accountable—not blacklist paying customers for giving constructive criticism.

      I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting [Popular Car Wash] and I must say that it was an absolute disappointment. Despite my initial expectations, the service provided was far from satisfactory, leading me to leave a one-star review on their ****** Business page. What followed was a shocking display of ***************** and an utter refusal to accept any responsibility.
      Upon submitting my honest feedback, I was baffled by the reaction from [Popular Car Wash]. Rather than addressing my concerns, they resorted to insulting anyone who dared to leave a negative review. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they concocted fake stories and made excuses to divert the blame onto the reviewer.
      It is disheartening to see a business dismiss genuine customer feedback in such a manner. As consumers, we rely on reviews to make informed decisions, and it is our right to express our dissatisfaction when warranted. However, theyseems to have forgotten the importance of accountability and constructive criticism.
      Their inability to accept responsibility for their shortcomings raises serious questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction. A reputable establishment would take the opportunity to learn from their mistakes, improve their services, and ensure that future customers have a better experience. Unfortunately, They has chosen a different path**** ** ********* *** ******.

We strive to offer the best customer services, but when a customer mistreats our staff with abusive or threatening language, we reserve the right to terminate the business relationship with that customer. On termination of your membership NO refunds or adjustments will be made.

      Price is cheap but you get what you pay for! So I thought.....The customer service is terrible and that is being generous, at most. They over charged my membership not once but twice consecutively!!
      Management doesn't respond and couldn't care less.
