    Received a phone that was not functioning properly and the antenna kept falling off. Calls would constantly drop after connection (within 30 seconds), so we were accumulating all of these extra 1 minute charges. We paid for 150 minutes prepaid. Received an adjusted bill for $352.17 on 9/29/22. Allowed for that charge to go through and did not dispute (not worth a call and 20 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone). A month and a half later, on 11/17/22, I get a bill for over $417 and 232 minutes. Number one, they did not deduct the 150 minutes prepaid off of my account and charged my bank another $417, and two, they were unwilling to work with me regarding all of the dropped calls. I am not new to SAT phones, and understand there are dropped calls due to service issues, but this year was WAY worse than ever before. This is 2 years in a row they have charged me extra and did not deduct the prepaid minutes. I **** **** **** *** ** **** ****** *** ***** *** ********* ** ***** ********* *** *** ** *** ***** ***** **** ****. Why is it almost 2 months after returning my phone, that I get a bill? I call, and Carlos advises he will call me back. Does not call back and when I call him back, he argues with me that he will get to it after lunch, when he has a chance, as if it doesn’t matter I was charged incorrectly. Why can’t you correct it now, while I’m on the phone with you, after having to call you back? He refused to assist me while on the phone. ** *** **** *** **** ******** ** ** *** **, monitor your card used to pay for months afterwards, as they will try to overcharge you.
