    Be careful they will keep debited your bank account even machines left behind by there technician

I was **** to, that they had comparable device to my square device with lower fees. I agreed to sign up. For one week, I dealt with technical issues and faulty equipment..even sent a tech to try fixing it. After a week I decided to return the device as I couldn't use it. They have billed me a restocking fee and 'service' fee...for a device I couldn't use because it wouldn't work.*** ***** * * **** **** *** ***** ************* *** *********. Refused to hear me out or do anything, refusing to escalate the situation. Telling me I had to go online on their website. ***** ******* **** ****** ** *** **** *** ******* ** ****** *********** *****

    Putting us out of business, have been waiting for over a month for our small business funds, been with these ******** for over 5 years. I've been calling every day and keep getting different Awnsers. From we own them money to our bank isn't cooperating and many others. Told us we own them money and we have to check online to see what we own they'll keep coming up with new reasons. They yell at us on the phone. *** *** ** *** ******* ***** *** **** ***** *** *** ******** ****. Someone needs to check out this call center and moneris. If you need your money from your transactions do not go with moneris. There system is old and outdated.
