      TD Visa Rewards is truly the WORSE company I've ever dealt with, hands down! I live rurally and have a box number. I've been trying to redeem my points for gift cards since January, 2022!!! I've contacted them 17 times and as of this moment, still have no resolution. My issue has been excalated to their "back office supervisors" and 22 emails have been sent and NOBODY has EVER contacted me back to resolve my issue. Apparently they are unable to ship to a box number and so I'm unable to redeem for gift cards. I'm expected to change my address on my confidential visa account to a "trusted family member or friend" who lives in a city!! I've suggested they send the cards to ANY TD branch c/o my name but apparently that's not a safe route!! WHAT??? Sending to a branch is not safe? I've also suggested they ship to my local postal outlet as a general delivery but that's not safe either apparently. My ONLY option is to change my address to somewhere I do not live!! It's TRULY INSANE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
