I hired the national disability credit Alliance to represent me with revenue Canada for disability tax. At the time they resolved two things and they took a percentage of what I got the last one was in September 2023 and they started to harass me about my doctor. I paid them what I owe them and told them not to bother me anymore and I fired them they continued to harass my doctor at his office to fill forms out. My doctor pulled me aside and said that he can't deal with this so I phoned them and told them to stop harassing me and my doctor. They sent me an email telling me that I owe them $3, 200 for a service which I already fired them over a year ago. I made that clear to them in the summer of 2023. I also informed them when I paid the last bill. I phoned their supervisor yesterday and never got a reply back yet. I inform them that I am not paying for that service which they were told I do not require their service anymore.Initial Complaint

a disability pension then take 25% + 15% tax of the pension for as long as the
person lives.
By the time the senior pensioner pays income tax on his pension he/she would
only be clearing approx 1/3 of his disability pension.

Well. You claim. Refunds. Go right to are hands. And I have yt to see or. Experience. Or collect this. Refund. Also. I did. This. One. Time. And. You keep. Billing me year after year. That. It now disrupting my credit report. That I've been trying to establish. And Idont. Make enough to live let alone. Pay you. If I don't. Receive. My refund. So where ever you. Are sending my. Refund. On May 24th 2024 $955.02 was taken out of my account after I made the payment. Invoice #***** case # ****** I was promised a refund and still have not received it. I called 09-27-24 and could not get any updates as the Manager is in meetings. The national disability credit alliance is sending me invoices for a contract that has expired. My daughters disability has run out when she turned 14. Each time I receive money from CRA I was to give the national disability tax alliance a percentage of that. \
they are now issuing bills for money that they have already issued in the past. Re-billing me for money they are already billed me for. This would be double billing.Business Response

I started services with this business, and requested on numerous occasions for them to stop the application for one of my daughters. They did, and then I ended up getting a refund for her and now they are charging me for the service. There should have never been a service processed. Our Client Agreement entails our service fees that comes along once there is an approved application. I am rejecting this response because:Your response indicates that you did not really read my complaint. ****** ****** *** ******** ********* * ********** ********. You will clearly see that I requested the stop of ***** ******’ application quite awhile ago on multiple occasions. The fact that that request was not honoured, is very frustrating. Why should I pay that fee when you did not do what I, the customer, ask you to stop doing! Reread the complaint *** *** ******** ****** again so the concern is made clear to you. I asked you to stop the application for MYSELF in December!

I am rejecting this response because: I want to know why I owe so much money. They said because I was disabled I would get a refund. Not have to pay. Also until now a "payment plan" was not offered.As I have said I have no extra money and can't even live month to month since Covid.
