    On Feb 9th 2023, I signed a contract with Paul P., owner of this company for complete basement renovation at *** ********* *****.
    Contract total value at the time was $24,700 with an agreement for three (3) equal payments of $8, 233.33 due at specific times of the project duration. Two of the three (2/3) payments were made accordingly to the dates specified on the contract. Additional Scope was later added amounting $2650.00.
    A total of $19, 116.00 was paid to Paul P. directly. The final payment was due upon completion of the project.
    Since March 5th, Mr. P. requested the final payment to be made prior to the work been completed against the second payment and prior to the entire completion of the job. I refused to provide the 3rd payment earlier than the contractual arrangement we had, as a result Mr. P. walked off the site without completing the project or providing refunds applicable for the outstanding work.

    I have tried to resolve this matter buy sending emails, text messages, social media private message and most recently a formal letter was mailed to the address registered here for his business.

    I have not received any response from Mr P. since March 5th 2023.
    I seek an amicable resolution to this matter by way of a reasonable refund.

    Assistance would be greatly appreciated in getting this matter resolved.
