  ERG was fantastic in handling our mitigation and restoration. They were at our site within 18 hours of the damage occurring and got to work right away limiting the damage and starting the drying process. Their project management and estimation team worked well to help us through this ordeal and they were thorough in capturing all the photo and written evidence needed to deal efficiently with insurance. They quickly rebuilt our affected areas to pre-damage condition once the mitigation was completed. We had our space back to normal in very short order compared to what I was expecting. I highly recommend the ERG team for any emergency response needed and would definitely use them again should we ever face another similar issue.

  Our area rarely gets flood damage but this year was bad…ERG’s quick response time was impressive; they arrived at my home within an hour of my call. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and handled the restoration process efficiently. They communicated every step of the way.

  *********. Took way longer to arrive after they claim they will send someone immediately. The told me they deal with insurance directly and asked for my policy information. They never submitted invoices to my insurance and have stopped responding to my calls and emails. I cannot get reimbursed the 2k they put on my **** without them sending an invoice. ** *** *** *****

  Hi ***** We are very sorry that our team slightly longer to arrive to the site. It was during the Toronto floods and the roads were extremely hectic with flooding and traffic. The team ran into delays out of their control. Deposits paid are the deductible amount on the policy, as per our contract the deductible is to be paid by the customer, their was no agreement for it to ever be refunded as it goes towards to final bill. We are very sorry that the invoicing time is slower then expected and we are working hard to fix this, during large storm events our office can get backed up and provide slower then usual processing time. Please reach out to us if their is anything further we can do to make it right.

  Our project manager Jeremy was very helpful, the team showed up and got right to work. Everything was handled with care during this stressful time and we were very satisfied from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  After our recent major flooding incident over 50% of our home was completely destroyed. I was recommended the ERG team, and they sent a crew within hours to start emergency work on the house. They were very friendly and did the emergency work as I would expect it to be done. They also guided us through the insurance claim process correctly. I would highly recommend working with this team.

  Calling this service was just a very big and expensive mistake. Days after the incident, I was charged an unbelievable amount of money for services that were not provided and for hours of labour that were totally false; the people sent to my property had no idea what to do and they did nothing. The invoice was eventually reduced to half, but even this was twice the amount I should have been charged.   We do not “charge” clients anything until an estimate has been agreed upon after the work is completed. Estimate and time logs matched are accurate, all as per signed contract. This client received payment from their insurance company in full for the work we did. They then proceeded to post the review and make false claims in order to keep a portion of our payment for themselves. Supporting documents for this have been submitted to BBB.

  The payment this company requested was reduced by half after I expressed my outrage - which goes to show how valid it was in the first place. At no point was there an agreed upon estimate either before these people came or after they left my house. I received an invoice days later which contained false names and records for services supposedly rendered - with an outrageous price tag. My insurance paid the revised amount in full and I posted my review in order to share my dismal experience as a warning to others who may find themselves in a similar position. I find their claim that I kept a portion of the payment for myself shameful and deeply offensive - not to mention utter nonsense. My insurance company and my own records can easily prove this is false. Nonetheless, it is quite telling that they are choosing to falsely accuse a dissatisfied customer rather than take any responsibility for their actions.

  This company has been dishonest *** **************. They been ********* me to get money for 3 years for work done on the neighbours unit. They have limited knowledge what properties they worked and what job was done in certain units. ****** ***** **** ******** ****** *** ****

  I suggest you have a conversation within your team. Your company agreed that documents were incorrect. I never hesitated to pay my share once the documents were corrected. We settled on me paying my part of the bill that included two properties. This was followed by weeks of ******* text messages because, once again, you were not aware of your own finances. I have all of this documented and archived with photos. Before you respond, please take a deep dive into your own bookkeeping and mail/text exchanges. Your company has been dishonest, ******** me for years, and taken zero responsibility.
