    In December 2021, I signed a contract with Provential Smart Home company to replace water heater and install some items as thermostat, hepa filter and water carbon filter in my house with 10 years protection plan for furnace and A/C.     We used Provincial Smart Homes nearly two years ago. They installed a heat pump at our primary residence. One head of the pump was incorrectly installed and leaks when used. We reached out to replace 12 times over the last several months and have been told continually someone will call us back. No one has returned our call. The current set up has draining tubes running down the wall of our finished bathroom. Provincial agreed to pay for a renovation to hide them, but we cannot move forward with the work until the heat pump head is replaced.

    We also signed a contract for Provincial to buy out the furnace at a rental property we own. They never contacted ******** to take over the account so for 16 months I have been paying both ******** and Provincial Smart Home for the furnace rental. Again, several several phone calls have not been returned and no correction has been made with ********.

    I calls them everyday (***********) because my heat pump need maintenance services but now their number is not working and no one replies to the emails (***************@*******************.com) and I cant even find them on ****** now with their app ( My PHS) not working anymore.
    Sales person contact number : Xavier **********.
    I was supposed to get a buyout completed with ******** since March 2024 but nothing has happened yet and ******** is still waiting for the funds to be received, while the financing with ********* has been processed and i am paying for it every two weeks. Now ******** is sending my old account in collection as they have not received the funds yet from Smart Home Services, which have been fully paid by *********.

They charge a lot of money for simple services. They never respond after few months. This company put me on the payment plan promising that once the rebate is paid, you can pay in full and get rid of payments.     I’ve been contacted with this company *** ******** ****** * *** *** **** *** ******* ****i got heat pump and furnace and some other stuff and was told that I will get a rebate from the government it was done back in September 23. Since then I’m not able to contact anyone I’ve been contacting the company and they was keep saying my rebate is in process since June there is no way I could get a hold no email response no physical address of this company the address showed on the website it was a call centre . My systems need service and I am completely lost also I now owed 26000$ I was told that everything should be under 15k and now ******** company they are collecting payment they have increased my payment amount and I’m completely lost who should I call where to go. * ***** ****** **** **** ****** **** **

    Provincial Smart Home Services, specifically Christian B**** (************ is the last known cell phone) came to our door and we signed the contract not knowing the details of the loan or that they will put a NOSI lien on our home.     Provincial Smart Home Services was hired to install a new furnace and water heater in my home. They took the old water heater away. We are unable to contact them now as their number is no longer in service. ******** wants their water heater back. I'm really stuck.

    One of the sales person from PSH( KARTIK M****) made a deal for 3 houses for installation of Heat pump, Furnace and water heater(one property has tankless) totally more then $80000 in between September to December 2023. They committed to buy out the equipment form ******** and ******** company but still haven’t paid yet($1200)

    This company committed to maintain this equipment for life including parts and labour, after installation there was so many problems with equipment but never got hold of it to fix or repair. Called hundreds time but line busy line busy and not at all not reachable.

    This company never gave service, **** ****** ** ***** ** ******** ******** They never called me to resolve any kind of issue even after leaving hundreds of voice mail.

    *********** **** *** they committed the interest over the balance will remain zero for three years but now got statement form ********* to pay 15% interest on remaining balance and it’s around $350 each property.

    Since I signed up with this company, I've encountered nothing but problems. First, **** ****** ** ***** the contract and rebate. I *** ********* **** signing a 20-year contract because they explained the terms only after they had removed my AC, water heater, and other equipment. At that point, I had no choice but to agree. Despite waiting for over a year, I never received the promised rebate. I filed a consumer complaint, and after a year and a half, I finally received the rebate. ** **** ******* ****** my loan interest rate skyrocketed from 1.99% to 14.99%.

    At that point, I made a payment of $17,000 to reduce my biweekly bill. However, they sold my loan to another company. I faced numerous issues with their hardware and tried calling them for support, but no one ever answered the phone. I spent hours on hold, and after days of trying, I had to hire a different company to handle the repairs. They were supposed to provide support for the equipment they installed, including heating and cooling, but they never came to fix anything. Now, * ******* *** ******** ** ****** ******* no one is answering the phone, and their website is down. ** **** ******* ****** the loan was sold to a company called "*********," and they are also unwilling to help.

    We paid for a heat pump and thermostat. We were also promised a water softener which we never received. Had an issue today and when I tried to contact them for warranty I discovered their phone # was disconnected and their website was gone. We have a Loan through Provincial Smart Home Services with ********* for 30510.00 over 5 years. We wish this to be pardoned ** *** ******* ****** ********** *** ** ******* *** **** ***** ***** ** ***** ** *** ******** ** *** **** **** *********  Now with them gone, we have no warranty *** *** ****** **** **** ** ** **** *** ** ******* ** ****** ** ** ** **** *** ******* **** ******** **** ********* **** *********
