    We have a problem with invoice ****** attached.
    On the 24th of March, 2023 at 11:15pm one of Bill and Son Towing company driver, Mr. John, stopped at the location where our truck was broken on hwy 401.
    Firstly the driver provided incorrect information regarding towing. He said that your company is the only contract company authorized to work on 401 by the city of Toronto.
    Secondly, the hours indicated on the invoice are not accurate and are way more than the actual hours he stayed there. The truck was towed less then 20km. The towing driver left at 8am the following day. So the invoice he provided shows 12 hours at ** *********** rate per hour ($750) to stay and do nothing based on. I repeat, incorrect information provided.
    We want to dispute the total amount paid for the invoice as we understand that there is a standard charge for towing and the amount that the company charged us is not even close to that amount.
    On top of that the driver did not disconnect the drive shaft from the truck during the towing *** **** ****** ********* *** ************ ** *** ****** which we have pictures to prove.
