      Dropped vehicle off at location Sept 7th 2022 @ 2am to pick up Sept 22nd 2022 @ 12pm, upon returning to my vehicle i discovered that my ****** GPS with dash Camera model number ** *** purchase price from ****** was $779.69, charge cord and carry case **** 7" carry case -Purchase price from ****** $16.99 were missing from the Centre console of my 2013 *** **** pickup. i immediately informed the staff ( A gentleman named Kumar) at that time he and his associate informed me to leave it with them and they would let the manager know of the incident and he would contact me within a couple of days and not to worry that they would replace the items missing. I waited until 9/26/22 talked with the manager said he would discuss with his general manager and call me back between 3-4pm same day, he never called. i called again 9/27/22 and was informed that someone would call same day with instructions to make a claim, they never called back. I Called 10/1/22 left message for manager to call me back same day, he never called me back. i called again 10/3/22 3;40pm talk to someone who informed me the manager would call me by 5pm, he did not return the call. 10/7/22 received a call informing me that they would email me some insurance forms to fill out and submit since the value was over their $250 limit for cash disbursements, they verified my email address and said i would receive the forms by Monday 10/10/22.
      This is supposed to be a secure lot and the manager has said that they have checked all the security tapes and found nothing so he doesn't know how it went missing but i assured him that we used it on the way from our home to find their location since we were unsure where they were located. One of my biggest concerns is that their is sensitive data on the GPS (**** ******* *** **** ** **** ********* ***** **** ********* I'm at a loss of how to proceed but will be filing a police report today.
