      Classic towing damaged my vehicle and it’s been hard getting the regional manager to get in touch with my insurer it’s now 3 months am still without a car to this day and no is responding to calls. The driver who was responsible has been *********** me with messages and I cautioned him to stop texting me . Am very frustrated with this company and its non licensed drivers this I very reliable evidence about this, the driver told me him self.

      Inam writing to file a formal complaint against Classic Towing, the third-party delivery company used by **** ***** ********** in September 2023. My concerns stem from two experiences with Classic Towing, which left me profoundly dissatisfied. During the initial delivery, a Classic Towing driver chosen by **** ***** ********** caused significant oil leaks on our driveway. These spills, as large as 2x2 feet, resulted in environmental damage and safety concerns. Reporting the issue yielded no timely resolution. What is more disconcerting is that Classic Towing was again chosen for the second delivery, leading to a recurrence of the oil leakage problem. Furthermore, during this second delivery, the driver displayed a terrible attitude and damaged our property. Despite assurances from Classic Towing and **** ***** **********, we have gone two weeks without resolution or communication. These incidents have caused significant distress. In summary, I experienced unfulfilled promises, a lack of resolution, and a terrible attitude from Classic Towing's driver. I submit this complaint to the BBB in hopes of resolution and compensation. I strongly advise caution when dealing with Classic Towing.

      I am never felt regretted in my life when I came to where I packed my car and found it vanished and the next day I called the police and I was told that they did not do it that it was Classic towing company did it.The funniest thing is that I have been parking my car right there by the ****** parking space since over 2 years now and most tenants in my building are parking their cars there also,and I believe its because my car was a little bit dented that’s why it was towed away because almost like 10 cars were there on that very night that was towed away and I have been parking on this very spot since over 2 yrs now with the permission of the Store manager.please I am on disability and I don’t have much money to get my car back please can someone listen to my plea. ***** ****** *******
