  **** ******** ** * ***** *** ***** ******* They promise to buy your timeshares and then don't. They promise exceptional vacations and cruises when you can get better vacations yourself.
  **** ***** **** ***** *** ****** ** *** *** **** ******* *** ****** **** **** * *** ******* **** ** ****** They add on additional fees, don't deliver on their promises, and don't care about their clients once the fees are paid. We had 2 awful experiences with them. **** *****

  clients purchased membership in Florida, March 2 2024, they put a deposit and have been making mthly payments starting April 2024 for a term of 1 year, he has been making mthly payments as per the terms, however he had not paid the  Feb & March payment,putting a dispute with his cc, stating he thought he had paid off his loan.  We have not heard from client since we called referencing the last 2 payments, he also mentioned & again client stated he actually asked his Bank to put a dispute on the last payment,& stated they made a mistake putting a dispute on 2 payments February & March,, he actually apologized and stated he would have his Bank release the dispute for the February payment, as he thought he started his payments in March 2024, when in reality he started his payments in April; 2025  & we advised accordingly that his final payment was march, & if that was the case he would also release the dispute for the march payment as well. At that time he made no mention of the issues he has now raised and infact was apologetic referencing the mthly payment issues. When client purchased our membership, he stated he had a timeshare to sell, and  was told we do not buy timeshares, however we can refer on to reputable Brokers to assist, however there are no guarantees and client signed disclaimer stating that. he would not hold Taitam responsible should the timeshare not sell. Never has client reached out stating there were issues with pricing on the site , & we have no idea of the comment 2 awful experiences,  We pride ourselves in customer service and if client had experienced  issues, without any question he should have reached out. as he did when we had the issue with the mthly payments, he made no mention of awful experiences and so forth, and without any question he could of raised those concerns at that time, .

  In all fairness to Taitam, they do provide consumers with vacations/cruises at fair prices. However, they ******** * ** ** ** saying it would be easy to sell our tineshares and do so quickly and at very good prices. They never at any time said there was "no guarantee". By their lack of effort in selling our timeshares and ultimate failure to do so this constitutes a breech of contract. I believe if they really value their clients as they say they do then they need to return my money *** ** *********. If they are not a timeshare company then why do they advertise selling them for you via a ****** company and promote this in their sales pitch? **** ********** *** ****** ********* ** *********** ********

  Many hidden fees… even with the free gifts… * ***** ****… do not believe a single word they say… sounds like a good old fashioned pyramid scheme to me… **** ***** ** *******

  Attended session in 2019. We were Promised 50 dollar gift card. Never received after the session but they gave us paperwork to request. I processed paperwork. They stated in the invitation that after the event we would get these things just for sitting thru it. They did not have the gift cards with them which is why I had to ask for the check by mail. I never received the check. ** * *** **** ***** ********** ****** * *** **** *** ****** ***** ** ** ** ****** the company did not follow thru on their offers/promises.

  Sat through one of their 45 minute presentation. Was promised a $100.00 dining advantage card. The code they gave me is expired. I have called Sean my representative many times. Never get a call back.

  I was convinced with their presentation and became a member. The problem I have with them is the cruise I had booked with. They never followed up with me as to the booking of the air flight in connection with the cruise and I kept calling and emailing them but to no response in solving my problem. They tried to email me but was not really a response to my problem. ******* ***** ****** **** ******* ** ** ** **** ** *** ********* *** **** **** **** **** ***** *** *** **** ** *******. That is when all my trouble started. I could have lost my cruise if I had stick around with them as there are no one to helped you at all. You are placed on hold for a long time and still no result. It is very difficult to get someone to help you. I also found out that they **** ** ** saying that I had choose not to booked my flight with the cruise company which is not true since I already paid the whole thing to include them setting up my flight in conjunction with my cruise. It is a good thing I was able to transfer my cruise to another company who helped me complete everything and is ready to go. I did not have a lot of choice anymore on the flight as it was late in the timeline of booking the flight. ****** ****** **** **** ******** I am sure I cannot get my money back anymore *** * ** *** **** ****** ** *** **** ******

  I had been on many many many of these type of presentations where they try to sell you on the idea that they can save you money. This time was no different. I went down with my wife sat through a 45 minute’s presentation which to be honest seemed a bit different and quite entertaining. However as always my mind was set on saying thank you but no thank you. My wife that night was a different story she said to me honey this one looks interesting. I must admit I was impressed but I just don’t trust sales people that easily. So we made him pull out his laptop and log into the website live. We gave him place after place. Some we had already been to so we could compare prices and some that we’d love to go to. I must say I was giving David a hard time but he just rolled with the punches and pulled up place after place… anyways long story short I’m glad we purchased have used it twice so far no issues at all and very nice realistic savings ????
