    I started with one door from Inline. After installation, I was so impressed with their product that I ordered 4 more patio doors and 2 windows. Down the road I'm planning on changing all the windows and doors at my property, as well as a couple custom builds coming in the next few years. The quality seems to be way above average....especially compared to vinyl. I would definitely recommend Inline fiberglass.

    I purchased all new windows for my home from Inline. We encountered issues at every stage of the process. They provided information for a wire transfer which bounced back, they claim it was my banks fault, my bank claims the transfer info was wrong. So I had to send a check overnight via ***. I received a message that my windows were ready, so I contracted with a shipping company to pick them up. When the truck arrived and the windows were not ready. The sales rep claimed that this was the fault of the glass supplier. How a company telling you to come pick-up your windows and less than half of the windows actually being complete is someone else's fault is beyond me. It took another two weeks to receive the windows which is highly problematic when you are trying to build a house. My order included pole-operable clerestory windows. The clerestory windows which I received and installed are not operable with the pole provided in my order. I informed Inline of this over a year ago and they claim that the hardware is no longer available and that they are working on a solution. They were aware of this when they manufactured the windows as there is a non-typical handle that was intended for a pole that must have been made in house, but it is non-functional and no one tested if it would work before they sent it out to me. They have been unable or unwilling to fix the issue or refund my purchase, so I have been climbing up and ladder to open and close these windows for over a year. Inline has the worst customer service I have ever received. When I followed up on the issue weeks or months after asking for an update I still got no response. At no point in this mess has anyone from Inline admitted their mistake, it is always someone else's fault. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing windows from Inline. They are happy to take your money but you will be on your own when you encounter an issue with the product.
