    I had my roof installed November 2022. Although this company was on the higher end of the estimates, I decided it would be worth it to have no complications with the insurance, fall safety, and quality of work. I paid a LOT of money for a smaller roof. Just asphalt shingles. Flashing is extra.
    I had asked the crew as a favor to me, since I was paying top price for these guys to be on my roof, if they would install a chimney cap that I provided. They said they would. The chimney cap was thrown out with their bin of garbage. They denied that I ever gave it to them. Carlos offered me $50 off for that. I declined. He said I could pay some neighbor to put on a new one. I refused that idea, as a guy off the street would not have the proper workers insurance and proper equipment. The chimney cap will cost me $275 plus taxes to replace. Plus hiring someone to install it. I paid tens of thousands of dollars for them to be on my roof, and have them throw away my item. And then denied it. It's been two years and I never heard back from Carlos about this and I was never reimbursed for my chimney cap. I hate them. I hate them for saying this never happened. That I never gave it to them. Every time I see a sign or hear a radio advertising Niagara roofmasters, I get salty.
    Otherwise the roof itself seems to be good. I paid top dollar for it after all.

    I've been having a wonderful experience with Niagara Roofmasters and would highly recommend their services. I called to ask for a home inspection and agent Dan B. arrived promptly, exactly on time for our appointment. He explained the procedures and policies very clearly. Hayley, in the office, also was very professional and knowledgeable. I trust their experience and personalities.

    They put a new roof on our town home. The crew was on time, worked very hard, polite , property was left clean and they did an excellent job on our roof. Can’t say enough good things about Niagara RoofMasters. Great warranty as well.

    I had my roof done just this week by Niagara Roofmasters I had several estimates for my roof David from Niagara Roofmasters came and went the extra mile he went into my attic took pictures and showed me this is why I chose them he said that he would send his best team and he did Ryan the project manager called me setup a time for them to come he address all my concerns about my shubs came every day to make sure things were going well very caring person Kevin the man in charge of the crew (team) they were all very caring
    I am so glad I went with this company from start to finish it was awesome experience
