      Less than 3 weeks before our wedding I had not heard from Jenn to finalize anything so I reached out. When we spoke she let me know there was going to be a "small" increase to the contract we had made. The next day I was sent a new invoice with an almost 50% increase to our package. This is not "small". I reached out again to Jenn to let her know we would like to meet somewhere closer to our original agreement especially so close to our wedding as we were not expecting to pay so much. Jenn refused to do anything to help. As it was so close to the wedding and I had already given a 50% down payment in order to have our original deal there wasn't much I could do and had to go through with using this vendor, otherwise I would not have. As for our florals... We specifically had spoken about having no miller in my floral package, which she had confirmed she had not ordered - each of the men's boutonnières had miller as a main portion of it. This did not fit out theme and looked awful in photos. The boutonnières also fell right off the magnets of almost all, not even an hour and a half after the men had put them on. The quality was just not there. I expected my bridesmaid bouquets to be a bit bigger. I've been in quite a few bridal parties and they were the smallest I've ever seen. Not worth the amount paid. I had higher expectations, especially after paying Jenn an almost 50% increase in the price she had given me originally.       Jen was quick to initially respond to my initial inquiries. However, as the date got closer, there were times when I had to send her multiple emails before I got a response. I also had to be the one to reach out to her to confirm final details.

      I had requested a simple bouquet of all white roses with absolutely no greenery sticking out. I sent her 3 different pictures that I found as inspiration. I had requested that at the bottom of my card box, there were just white florals. I had asked her if she could also decorate my semi-naked wedding cake (also sent her a variety of pictures as inspiration). She asked me if it would be ok that she do the cake since she is only just learning how to do florals on the cake. I said that was fine, I trusted her. She told me she couldn't wait to make my vision come to life.

      On the day of the wedding, our bouquets were NOTHING like I asked for. The white I asked for was green-yellow, with some pinks and random eucalyptus strands thrown in.
      At the venue, my card box was not decorated and my naked wedding cake was even more naked since it was completely empty and un-decorated. Thank god for my maid of honour who had to think quickly and made something happen.

      All in all, my day ran smoothly with every single vendor EXCEPT for Luv With Flowers. She should have known to communicate/confirm any changes or suggestions that strayed from the bride's vision prior to the wedding. It was a truly horrible experience with her **************************************************. She is ******* unreliable, and seems like she is new at her job.

      Her pricing seemed enticing but my advice to other brides would be it is likely better to pay a little bit more and go to someone more reputable. Not once did she even apologize for her screw-ups and for causing unnecessary stress on someone's wedding day (especially for the bride). She displays truly horrible customer service and to this day she hasn't even responded back to me.
