I was very pleased with this company. From start to finish. *** was very accessible for any questions or concerns I had. The quote was in my hands very quickly with lots of details that I needed to make the right choice. They had an opening & were able to do my roof quicker than I anticipated which was great! Roof was finished in one day & clean up was excellent . *** was on-site the next day to check that everything was done! ******* customer service! ***** was fantastic. I had an emergency leak and he was out the next day. Found out that our vent was open and shut it up and sealed it within the hour. Explained everything to me and showed me all the issues we have on the roof to be addressed at a later date. Will for sure come back when we are ready for the new roof! The Trade-Rep **** led by *** did a very professional job covering:- replacing a section of our steel roof, including removal of 3 sky lights - replacement of steel roof screws on the remaining steel roof - replacing all gutters and fascia - repair to rotten wood in the attic Their quote was competitive and more detailed than others we received.I sent *** a text after the roofing **** of **** and ***** worked through an absolute deluge of a rain storm to complete the steel roof replacement / sky light removal... This company is a pleasure to work with. They did a minor repair to my roof last year (prompt service, reasonable price) but did recommend getting quotes to replace the roof as it was showing signs of age (approx 15 to 20 years. I got an estimate from them which was very fair and explained everything they would be doing. Very detailed quote. The estimator/salesman was open and honest and a pleasure to deal with. The office was always responsive to questions and again just a pleasure to work with. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job in two days as promised. They cleaned up the work site very well and left my yard spotless. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone considering getting work done on their roof.Trade-Rep Roofing & Exteriors
