    Muskoka delivery has indicated that they delivered my banking documents, shipped via *** to whom Muskoka has the local delivery contract. When I contacted the bank about not receiving the documents they told me that it had been marked as 'Delivered" by the courier provider. This is not the first occurance I have had with Muskoka. A year ago they threw a package addressed to me in a driveway across town. It was a 'signature required' delivery of government issued electronic equipment. The occupant of the house delivered it to me. And last December they failed to deliver 2 portions of a 3 portion delivery and marked it as delivered. Took me all afternoon at their depot to get it sorted out. The receptionist was in tears. There was another man in the lobby trying to get his delivery as well as they had lost an ***** product he had purchased for his daughter. This is an ongoing problem of not meeting even the basic requirements of a courier company. They simply do not care. You can't even call them because the phone number they have listed in the directory is disconnected. I need my banking document. Please do what you've said you've done and DELIVER IT!!!
