    This Auto Body Shop **** ** ******* ***** *** ********* **** ********** *** ***** **** **** **** ******* ** *** ********* ** * ** ****** **** ***** ******** **** ** ** ** **** *** **** ******* ********* **** **** ********** ******* us with an insurance claim when my truck was involved in a minor collision. My insurance company confirmed that they were paid $8297.13 on top of $2000 cash from us to repair our bumper from unrelated damage. This was back in August and they still have yet to complete the job. They tried to return the truck to me without even having ordered the door panel. They did more damage to my truck than repair. ********** head office franchise has been contacted and are working with us to resolve the issue. However the shop at ** **** ****** ** **** ** ********* *** **** ******* *** needs to be held accountable *** *** ***** ****** I am also out of pocket $1950.09 for a rental that I had to extend. I was told the job was taking longer because they were waiting for a part when ** ******* it was never ordered. I managed without a vehicle for months because the rental was too expensive and I had run out of coverage with my insurance company.
