    I bought a 2017 ********** from kia of georgetown Ontario, after purchasing the vechile and driving home I realized instantly that the radio system that controls the heat, AC, traction control and sports modes was malfunctioning. I instantly contacted the dealer and explained the situation and they told me it was not part of safety and they refuse to fix the problem; I then explained how it was a safety issue because the car would by itself switch on 'launch mode' and turn off traction and enable other sport mode options while driving. They still refused to help and said they would pay for a fix if I got a quote. I got a quote from ***** for $1100 and sent it to the kia dealership where they then told me no, they were not paying for anything. Now less than 100km of driving the car and not being able to drive it in colder weather ( can't control heat as it's part of the stereo system as well and can't turn on/off defroster) and now the check engine light has come on. I've reached out to the dealer again and still refusing to help. I feel like they fixed miniscule quick fix problems on the car just to sell it and sold me a lemon.
