    I was not informed of ANY pricing, I was SCREAMED at by the manager at the location, and I was threatened by the owner, my car was returned incomplete and unsafe and a foreign substance was left in my vehicle. I brought my car into the shop, Monday March 4th, without disclosing ANY dollar amount I was charged $219 to diagnose a valve cover and spark plugs, then quoted $1000+ for the repair, I declined. I never wanted or expected free work, but any fees should be disclosed, the owner disagrees and says any and all fees regarding vehicle repairs are implied they failed to reinstall my skid plate and there was an unexplained white substance all over my dash that was dismissed by the manager. I then asked for the information for whos above him, which he declined and kicked myself and the car out of the shop. Ill admit I did use the * word regarding the situation, in a calm manor I said Im not * happy. Yet that justifies the adult male working for your company a reason to fully scream at me in the middle of the show room? After getting in contact with the owner who was EVEN MORE unprofessional, the owner sided with the manager. When I questioned the owner about the white substance in the interior of my car his reply was Hard to say. He then proceeded to suggest it was absorball which is a harmful chemical and when I got even more upset at this, he recanted his statement claiming it was dust while my car is in the shops possession and Im putting my new born in the back, Im sorry hard to say doesnt fly. He noticed I posted a poor review, and he told me he shouldnt even be looking into my claims because I had already given a poor review and it was a waste of his time. He began to call me a ***** and told me he would post the video of me dropping an * in the shop (rightfully so, I was putting my newborn into that vehicle and his techs dropped the ball) , to his thousands of followers so that they could see how much of a ***** I am ..
