    This issue is been happening since January 26, 2023. we are been charged for space we are not occupying also they are charging us for service that is not need to be charged as we paid for the service. our account number is *****/********* partners *****

    My pharmacy hired Iron Mountain to do our shredding. We have used their services for a few years now. As of March of 2023 we have not had any service for shredding. The company was still invoicing us but not coming to pick up the shredding that needed to be done. We have contacted them over and over and were given a Caset # ******** We have cancelled the service and would like the company to come and pick up their boxes so that we can hire a different company to do our shredding. Iron Mountain staff are telling us that we have to pay because we have an outstanding balance. We have not seen the company since March of 2023 when all monies owing before that were paid. We call them every day to come and get their boxes. We get told someone will come and no one ever shows up. We are stuck with their boxes and are not able to hire anyone else until these boxes are gone. We have been trying to deal with this issue since March. We are now in mid-October and they refuse to come get their boxes. Our pharmacy is filling up with documents that need to be shredded and we have no room. They are telling us we have to pay from March til October. We asked why we would have to pay for a service that was not completed. I have spoken to supervisors and managers with nothing coming from it. I am asking for some help as we are a very busy pharmacy and we just do not have the time, patience or room to deal with this matter any longer. We have told Iron Mountain that their boxes will be put outside, unfortunately, we can't do that because of the sensitive documents locked inside these boxes.
