    We regret purchasing what we thought was our dream bed. We had to keep following up with the store as it arrived a few weeks after it was promised - no big deal. The issue is that our $2,000 bed looks hideous and the owner is a bully. After reaching out to the company who actually manufactured the bed and upon their suggestion of copying the store on the email, I've received no response after 2 weeks. There are huge gaps at the foot of the bed and it doesn't look like the images we saw when purchasing. The first time I reached out to *****, he told me to just push the mattress to the centre bed the bed, but when we do this, there are gaps at the front AND back of the bed. The mattress moves constantly and the bed looks terrible. The salesperson never offered us a protection spray (we had no idea they offered this) and instead *** (the absolute rudest customer service person) called as they were loading it onto the truck and said it's now or never we're paying the delivery guys to stand here and look at us and we felt pressured to purchase it. We had to pay $200 for something we felt pressured to do and it's a shameful practice of theirs. It's obvious that ***** and ***** bullying tactics have worked and so they continue this style of approach. The bed also arrived dirty as it was partially wrapped, and the top half was exposed and obviously rubbed against the inside of the delivery truck. The end of the foot board has a fuzzy spot and you can tell the material was pulled in this area. We wholeheartedly regret having dealt with this store and I'm astonished I am the first to place a complaint with the BBB.
