    This business is taking orders and not fulfilling them. I ordered from the company in October and after many delays they have completely stopped all communication. The phone has been turned off and are not replying to emails or any social media messages. Their website is still up and running and taking peoples money with no intention of fulfilling orders.

    Date of transaction - 11/23/2023 Order#***** I purchased one *******************/Ivory 4x6 rug from the ** Shoppe. With shipping & tax my total charge was $192.60. The money was removed from my account the same day. Ive received no communication about my order, so emailed a query on 12/1. After not receiving a response, I emailed another query on 12/15. At this point, I think the site (ldshoppe.com) that I purchased from might be a scam. Please help me.

    On May 4, 2023, I placed an order through LD Shoppe (leclair decor) for 4 side tables and one chair - order amount was $5,633.32 CAD 2 weeks ago, we received 3 of the 4 side tables (one was shipped in the summer) - it took 7 months to fulfill an order for 3 side tables. The chair that we ordered in the same order on May 4th has not been delivered. We have reached out to LD shoppe many times requesting an update on delivery, and each time that we call, they continue to push the delivery date. Their latest estimate is that the chair will be delivered to us at the end of January, or maybe in February **** almost one full year after order. Our money has been held by LD shoppe for the better part of year and they have made no attempt to compensate us for this extended and unfathomable delay. How is it possible that a furniture company takes 7 months to deliver 3 side tables, and a further estimated 10 months to deliver a chair after taking the full payment for the goods. Other clients / customers should be made aware that their money will sit with LD shoppe for months, potentially years on simple orders before they have the full use of their goods. LD Shoppe should be only requesting deposits on their furniture until they have actually fulfilled the order.
