    They were suppose to show up at 2pm. My husband had an appointment at 2:30 and had to leave. I called to find out what was going on. I was told that they were running late and on their way. We would not have known that they were running late if I didn't call and because no one was home to greet them, I didn't want to let them in. Whoever I spoke to apologized and offered me my next cleaning "free". We rescheduled for the following week. I was sent an invoice. When I explained that I wasn't suppose to be charged, they denied ecer offering me a free cleaning service. I find this to be very poor customer service. I was accused of canceling the appointment and was told that they were only 5 minutes late. I just wish people were honest. Perhaps I spoke to two different people because they lady who offered me the free cleaning was very apologetic but the lady who I spoke with to discuss the invoice I wasn't supposed to receive twisted the facts and refused to provide me with a free cleaning. I knew that I should have gotten the agreement in writing and the lady that I spoke with name.but I was in a rush and I trusted whoever it was that I spoke to. This experience has completely turned me off of this company and as a result I canceled the reoccurring cleaning that I scheduled to receive.
