    I booked their moving services for a move taking place on March 29, 2024, originally scheduled for March 22. I had been told it would be a truck, and 1 mover for $900. I agreed to the amount, and they insisted its cash on delivery. No taxes. I then messaged to change my date to the 29, and then again to ask how much another mover would be as I would be moving my king **** They said $250 for an extra mover both ways. I agreed. I messaged today, March 18, to confirm the truck and movers. They then informed me it was a cargo van. I told them I was told a truck. And they are refusing to honour the agreed to price and admit their error. I now am scrambling to find movers to move my stuff next Friday March 29.

    This is Mharreb. I am the owner of Moving Ontario MD. We struggle always to provide people with a great customer service. Our ****** reviews are a proof that we never accept anything other than great services for all our customer. ***** inatially contacted us originally on Feb 7,2024 for"only with an antique vanity and record player, 55 tv, and 4 mirrors and About 20boxes or so" We provided her a quote accordingly. We will use the cargo fan which we call it a small truck. but we will do the job and deliver her stuff from  ******** to ****** ** which is 5 hours. 
    Then she contacted us on WhatsApp and started adding king size bed which obviously need a big size truck so I responded with two options the first one is a truck 18ft with one mover $1400 and with 2 movers for $1700. I will attached a pictures for all the conversations I had. Please let me know how we can meet to discuss this issue. We always try our best to provide a great price for all our customers but we can't afford losing as we have lots of operating expenses. 

    Please see the attached pictures and compare it with her ordinally quoted message. there no moving company in ****** would do the job for $900!

    On February 7, 2024, you initially contacted us for a quote to move an antique vanity, a record player, a 55 TV, four mirrors, and approximately 20 boxes. We provided a quote based on these items, planning to use our cargo van, which we refer to as a small truck, to transport your belongings from ******** to ******, ONa five-hour journey.
    However, upon further communication via WhatsApp, you added a king-size bed to the list of items to be moved. This addition necessitates a larger truck. Consequently, I provided two options: an 18ft truck with one mover for $1400 or with two movers for $1700. I have attached pictures of our conversations for your reference.
    We always strive to offer competitive prices to all our customers. However, we must also consider our operating expenses to ensure the sustainability of our business.
    In light of the misunderstanding and to show our commitment to customer satisfaction, we would like to offer you a compensation of $300. We hope this gesture demonstrates our dedication to providing excellent service and maintaining good customer relationships.
    Please review the attached pictures and compare them with your original quoted message. Its important to note that no moving company in ****** would undertake the job for $900 given the items and distance involved.
