  After researching numerous companies in the ****** area and having received estimates from three, we chose to have Bulagri Paving do the work for us and it was the correct decision.Yesterday they replaced our old driveway.The crew was on time, professional and knowledgeable. We are more than pleased with the work they did for us. In a few short hours they removed the old asphalt, added and graded the underlying gravel, lay the new asphalt meticulously and tested the new surface to ensure correct water run-off. They left the site clean and tidy, even the road in front of our home was cleaned! The new driveway pavement edges are crisp and straight and the perimeters are sloped beautifully.The owner, Surin, was on-site for the project. We found him to be personable and well versed in all aspects of paving. We look forward to many years of using our new driveway. We highly recommend this company.

  This company is extremely well organized. Along with their estame, they send a package containing important information to help you understand the process. When paving, the owner works with his crew and they all work together like a well oiled machine. Along with the invoice, they give you another package which contains information on how to keep the integraty of your driveway and the warranty. They have an excellent warranty and the quality of their work is outstanding. They also answer your questions in a timely fashion!

  ***** and the entire team working on ******** St in ********* were amazing! New double driveway pavement along with an interlock path to the backyard as well as redoing our landing to correct levels to our front steps. Work was done incredibly quickly (~1.25 days), neatly, and from what I can tell, properly! Great looking work! ***** was direct, confident and was the only contractor that actually suggested a good solution for our front steps instead of just going with my (non educated) idea (his suggestion was better!). Would re-hire them in a heartbeat. Price was also very reasonable.

  They were very professional from the day I contacted them for a quote. They showed to the appointment promptly as scheduled. Best quote of 3 companies. Work was perfectly done to our specifications. Crew was polite, friendly and good workers. Definitely knew what they were doing. I would definitely use them again and be happy to recommend them. In fact we were amazed at the great job.

  We just had our driveway done by Bulgari Paving and cannot say enough about the great job they did! We previously had a huge sink area where the front tires of our car parked. Bulgari was very honest about how to fix it, what the success rate would be and looked after extending out downspouts to avoid further problems! The driveway looks amazing and the cleanup was outstanding!! Highly recommend!

  Had ***** and his crew here today doing our driveway!! Hottest day yet and those guys worked so hard!! They were hard working professional and did an amazing job of cleaning up after they finished!I would in a heart beat recommend this company!! I saw first hand the work they did..and let me tell you they earned every *****!! My driveway looks amazing!Thanks so much to ***** and his staff!! Amazing job!!

  Bulgari Paving was by far the WORST experience I've ever had with a contractor. Damage can happen, adults accept this. Just make good on it. But surprisingly, ***** wouldnt man up and take responsibility for any of it. Theres not enough space here to fully explain the damage or fantasy world ***** is sure to reply from. - the carport crossbeam was badly banged by his backhoe. First thing out of ****** mouth? "I don't want to fix it." Followed immediately by a fabricated story about now needing to charge me more for excavation. I was home all day, that situation was never shown me. We know why. When he then said, ...and hopefully the two charges will balance out," he was caught in his lie. - +25 bricks on my front wall were permanently, badly scarred by his machines. The value of my house took a big hit from this. - the screen on the front door was damaged - a downspout was smashed - the brick front door landing was broken in half. The front half settling down an inch.- the compactor shook so much mortar out of the brick front wall, that the bricks there needed re-pointing. - the cement pad for the shed at the end of the carport was cracked into 4 big pieces by the compactor. The cracks went completely across to four sides, clean and obviously new. - the asphalt was left high enough next to the cement pad that the door on the shed wouldn't open. ***** did try once to fix that. Failed. And wouldn't come back in the Spring. Claiming it was frost heave despite it returning in the Fall. Then telling me again what "I" am going to have to do to fix another of his problems. Bulgari accepted no responsibility for any damage. I had to find the contractors (try that for small jobs) and pay for the ALL the damage myself. ***** just walked away. I'm guessing this is what Bulgari means when they write, "We guarantee to be there after you hand us a cheque." Right, to say no. Seems his contract leaves NOTHING he has to be responsible for after installation.

  Hi ****,You have omitted several key details here which we will take the time to fill in for you. Yes, damages did occur and we apologized for this. We were working under a carport in tight quarters with large machines and sometimes, unfortunately, damage happens. Our crew is very careful, but no company is perfect. We never said that this did not occur. In fact, ***** gave you a sizable discount on your final bill to account for the damages. He, in fact, gave you exactly what you requested in your email to us. Your comment that you had to "pay for [sic] ALL damage myself." is false. You and I both know this.The carport crossbeam was not "badly banged." Yes, it was touched with a large machine and it was damaged. We have the pics that YOU sent to us and we are happy to post those. In fact, none of the damage you mention was major. Once again, all damage was paid for. And if we are going to go with facts, no backhoe was used under the carport. A backhoe would not fit under the roof. The shed door did need to be adjusted after paving. We came back to fix this issue for you. The asphalt was just a touch too high in that area and we remedied this without issue. When working with multiple grades in a small area, these issues sometimes arise and they are easy fixes. Your front door landing was already is disrepair and this damage was not caused by us. Our workers even mentioned this to you when on site. In fact, many of the things that you claimed we damaged were things that were already damaged or needed to be addressed anyway. If the mortar was shaken out of the bricks (as you claim), then this is a pre-existing issue. Would you have preferred that we did not pack your driveway? If we did not, you would be calling to complain about that as well. Your house did NOT "take a big hit from this." YOU have grossely exaggerated details. Instead of commenting on the actual work that was done (which was nicely done), you have focused all of your energy on trying to get more and more money from us to cover your ever growing list of complaints. Yes, asphalt does and can heave. You need only to do a bit of reading on your own to verify this. Yes, we could have come out and rectified this (adjusting the shed doors) in the spring for you, but you have been so rude and unwilling to listen to reason that we decided to step back. Why would we want to come back? You don't treat people like this. We quite frankly, don't want to be on your property for fear of even more accusations and complaints. Perhaps you should not be telling contractors on site that you are a very difficult person to deal with. This is what has stuck with us and the reason we are here. It is apparent that nothing we do will make you happy.

  *****, the problem wasn't that damage happened. It was that you wouldn't man up and accept responsibility for it. Everything you write is exactly the response expected from an irresponsible person. One that is never able to learn from their mistakes. Your words are all fantasy imaginations to cover your carelessness publicly. The only damage you denied doing at the time was the cement pad they cracked up. I guess your memory is bad all of a sudden. But true to your irresponsible nature, now you deny everything. Twisting reality even more. Like some one pointing out to me my landing was broken before you guys got to it. What? No one said anything to me about anything. And who would believe I'd never notice that before? Something I step on 10 times a day. And you DID NOT give me any discount. You added a fabricated excavation expense to cover the cross beam damage. Not only did it cost you pocket change to walk away from all the damage that you carelessly did to my house, but left me the problem of finding contractors to repair your damage. THAT is the truth. Man up, buddy.Everything else you write is simply fantasy. Or let me be blunt - it's a lie. I don't recognize any of it. None of those stories happened. The fantasy of an irresponsible child.
