    Great work, friendly team and easy process! Bytown did such a great job repaying my driveway and adding a pathway around my home.

    Unbelievable. I had Bytown come by to give me an estimate on replacing my driveway. Their estimator came by and gave me a quote. Deposit was paid for the work. Fast forward about 6 weeks, they call me today, within 24 hours of when they were supposed to do the work telling me the owners are demanding I pay an extra $3,000 because they drove by and realized I live on a busy street and they will need to have flag men.Their estimator had been physically to my house and I spoke with him at length about the requirements before I paid the deposit.It wasnt even the owners who called me, they made the poor estimator, *****, who I let know how unimpressed I was with the company.Avoid.

    Unhappy customer!We have been in a 3yr battle with this company. They were quick to take our money and tell us that if anything that needed to be repaired it would be fixed. After they completed the job within weeks there were major cracks. After 2yr of calling and emailing pictures of these cracks in the laneway they came back this May to finally repair what should of be done 2yrs prior. Well cracks reopened are back worse than ever! Again calling and sent emails with pictures of these major cracks all I get is that if we are in the area we will get to it! I have heard this saying so many times to count! To this day the laneway is crap! The poor workmanship and customer service is not worth it! Save your money and hire someone else.

    In July, 2022, Bytown Paving did excellent work for us replacing our old, worn out asphalt driveway with a new one. On time, on budget. We recommend them. **************
