    He came to my place and I told him everything what I want him to do. Removing the pop corns, painting from the basement to the third floors and have to paint all the doors, the baseboards etc. The first day of painting was 31 Jan to 10 Feb 2023. It was a painter female and an apprentice. Which he accidentally cracked my large mirror and the plastic cover on the last stairs. He didn't pay the damages, he always ignored my request to fix the problems. The young man never told me about the damages, I observed it. During those 11 days, nothing was covered or protected properly from dust and paints, ie: floors, knobs, light switch, fixtures, stairs railings. When they left each day, they never clean the dirt which was all over my house. After 11 days, it was not finish. ****** and ******** were going out for hours, pretending that they were going to buy more paints, but they were going to do works someplace else. They suppose to be here on the 13 or 14 Feb to clean all the paints left all over the place, they never show up. One day the apprentice was alone here, the female painter was sick (3 times in 11 days) From 11 Feb to around 01 March 23, I send numerous audio messages and photos to ******** telling him that he has to come back to finish the paint job because it's a real mess and I already paid $8,000. One time he told me that he will come at 13 hrs, he never show up. I send him again messages, most of the time he ignored my messages. On numerous time, he supposed to come here and he never show up. Another day he told me that he will come for 2 full days with ****** to finish all the painting and make it nice. On 02 Mar 23, the last day, he came and stayed less than two hours and left. I asked him to refund me $4,000 out of $8,000, because I have to pay another painter to finish the paint job. I have a lot to report but lack of space here. About the *** ''Quality, Efficiency, Cleanliness and Reliability'' on his Van, he failed those four qualities big time.
