  My car broke down on the highway and I needed a tow home. I called Express Towing. They came and the tow driver hooked my car up wrong. I have a awd vehicle and they did not put dollies on my car. We drove for a bit until we heard a loud noise coming from my car. The tow truck driver exited the highway and examined the vehicle he then proceeded to put the Dollies on my car but it was too late there was already damage done. We told the driver and he didnt care. I contacted the owner or someone named Al and I told him what happened. He said they did nothing wrong that they did their job right and I told them no they didnt he argued back and forth with me. I then told him I have everything on dash cam and it shows the driver driving away with my car, you hear the loud noise happen and the video footage has the driver getting out and putting the follies on too late. I sent him the video footage and he has been ignoring my attempts to communicate.

  We were hired by the property management company to tow cars that are illegally parked.  Their car was parked illegally and we did our job.

  I am rejecting this response because: My incident had nothing to do with parking illegally. They towed my AWD vehicle off the highway for about 1km with no Dollies and destroyed the drive train and took no responsibility.

  With all do respect. You called us as you broke down on the highway with engine issues and whatever caused your break down at the off ramp at innes in a bad spot. We moved your vehicle to a safe spot off the highway at the gas station 300 meters from that spot. If you take a look at your receipt we used Dollie's to fully elevate your vehicle after it was safe to do so, hence making sure there would be no damage to your vehicle. If this is a scam to try to get us to pay for repairs to a vehicle that's not our fault please go try to do that to someone else. Not us. We do our job and do it well. Reporting it to the better business bureau as a complaint has two side to each story. Thank you for your time in this matter!

  I am rejecting this response because: I have video proof that Dollies were not put on my car from the start and you are admitting to it with your response. It was not ******************************************************************************************** the dash cam footage again. You already know this because I sent you the dash cam footage. During the dash cam footage you can very clearly hear the car breaking due to no Dollies and you can see mile markers in the dash cam footage proving it was not 300 metres he drove. This is definitely not a scam. My car ran out of gas and then your driver broke it because he did not do his job right. Accidents happen, people make mistakes. Youre mistake is not taking responsibility for your error. We only ran out of gas on the highway thats it.  I also have dash cam footage proving my drive train was in **** as we had spent the day out of town. I am in the process of filing a small claims court case against you. Please do the right thing and take responsibility.

  If you initially had told us it was gas and your broke down we would have brought fuel. Your intial comments indicated you had engine issues and heard a sound and hence wanting it towed. See you in court. Have a good day. Case closed. I will not be replying any further. Any further communication will be via lawyer if needed.

  Suite au remorquage du camion de mon ami par Express Towing, dans le centre ville d'****** le 26 mars 2025, je lui ai prt ma voiture le 28 mars au matin pour se rendre avec son fils au ************************************, afin de rcuprer son camion. Aprs avoir communiqu avec M. *** *****, le nom du propritaire de Express Towing, qui nous a t donn par la police, pour savoir le cot de la facture. Rendu sur place , la situation a *****. Premirement il n'y avait pas de bureau, pas de facture, M. *** ***** n'tait pas sur place, et dit au tlphone qu'il va envoyer un de ses gars pour ramasser l'argent. Finalement rien de rassurant sinon le sentiment d'tre pris en otage. L'intimidation a commenc, Jean, mon ami a t bouscul et *. ***** a envoy 4 autres remorqueuses avec chauffeurs pour les encercls. C'est ce moment que Jean demande son fils de dplacer ma voiture, une ****** Micra, pour la mettre en dehors du terrain, sur la rue. C'est alors que le conducteur bord de sa remorqueuse a fonc sur ma voiture pour l'empcher de sortir. Dpass par les vnements, avec la peur au ventre, Jean a fait venir la police. Maintenant, je suis en procdure avec ma compagnie d'assurance pour les dommages. Comme de raison l'histoire semble tellement invraissemblable que la compagnie me dit qu'elle doit faire enqute, comme si cette compagnie Express Towing va reconnatre sa faon de fonctionner. Je ne peux me rsoudre laisser faire des gens comme a. a semble tre plus des voyous qu'une compagnie srieuse et honnte. C'est pourquoi je me fais un devoir de mettre jour ce ***** de compagnie qui j'en suis certaine a fait le mme ***** de mfait d'autres gens. Si la compagnie d'assurance d'Express Towing ne paie pas pour les rparations de ma voiture, je me retrouve ls et cet compagnie de remorquage va continuer sa pratique pour soutirer de l'argent et s'en prendre aux gens qui remettent en question cette pratique, CRACHE LE CASH !

  In regards to this file. The consumer has his vehicle impounded for illegal parking. They came to the lot took off their plates on the vehicle and indicated they were not paying. They further went on to to threaten us on the phone before arriving. This was reported to police. At the lot they can there and tried to drive off on us by reversing their vehicle into one of our trucks. Police attended the site. Made a report. They paid their bill and left. We have picture of the damages and them reversing into our vehicle. One again a case of illegal parking that caused a stir up.

  DATE - MARCH 5TH , 2025 VENUE- ************* BUSINESS NAME - EXPRESS TOWING Conflict-I was visiting someone and no idea how this company towed away my car. Later, after finding I got to know that they have took my car in their possession. I immediately, reached and was asked with calls from different numbers and from different people to pay for $574.50 asap, if I want it back. That's a huge amount for something they towed ***** min before and they stored at there some secret place that's around ***** Kms away.Reason for Complain-I had requested multiple times if something could be done as the price they charged are insane and I had to use rideshare to reach there. It's already bleeding the economy is so bad at current and these people laughing on the face asking money LIKE ****** as they don't care about people and how business is done. They leave you with no option either to cry or get the money from anywhere and all this is happening under duration of 1.30hrs including ***** min of travel time when they towed the car.Moreover, the address they have on website *****************************************************, is not the place where they store the towed vehicles, They have a different place with no name around 25kms away from this location.I have all the receipts for references. I would urge the responsible authorities to kindly take a note and take relevant interaction to look into this. Everyone is one budget and life is so, hard, and expensive what is it justified for almost $600 for 30km. Please take a review. This is the hard earned money, this towing company is scamming people, this needs to be addressed.

  To whom it may concern,

  As The complaint indicated the individual went to go visit someone and parked there vehicle in someone's assigned spot.  The property management company requested this vehicle to be towed away as the assigned person for that spot wanted to park their vehicle. We charge regulated rates and I can understand they may differ about it and it's unfortunate they have to abide by the law. They clearly know they were in the wrong and even if it's ***** minutes that they parked, we don't make the the decision if we tow it or not. It's the same when a bylaw officer tickets you for being in a handicap parking with no handicap parking passes. I'm sorry this had to happen to them but if they are visiting a building and want to park, either they use visitor parking or sign there vehicle in with the building. I don't make the rules for the building, they just have to abide by it and we are only doing our job. Thank you for your time in this matter!

  Hi I am women with lots of health issues, I had a flat tire on 27 of Jun 2024, witch I had to call tow truck, , I got a hold of one , they say they 20 minutes away I waited 45 minutes, so I had to cancel , they took my car with out my permission, they send me a unknow location and 400 dollars bill , I told them I cancel , and that is not even the location I want , so they towed it to there location, I have police report in order to get my car back , police report is 24-168575 please help me since I had to pay 200 to towed to where I want it , now becuse of there negligence my car needs 7000 in repair , please help me
