    I'm filing a complaint against their unethical business practices. On March 29, 2022, I mailed a cheque for $1,727.50 for final payment of my2022 pad fees directly to their Head Office in Hamilton. . As of April 16th, the cheque was not located or cashed and I put a stop payment on it and paid by credit card through Harmon Resorts Payment Portal. This payment was reflected on my credit card April 21st. I discovered September 6th that a preauthorized payment of $1,727.50 was debited by Harmony Resort from my bank account on June 14, 2022 without my authorization. September 7th I contacted their Customer Service and was advised this would be elevated to the supervisor named ****. He did not return my call, September 8th, I contacted my Bank and was advised they would file a dispute on my behalf and request funds be put back in my account, which they were. I never gave Harmony Resort permission to debit my bank account and no where in my licensing agreement did I sign anything to that affect.
