    We bought a *** ****** in directly from McKenzie Trailer. They were extremely helpful when we were shopping around. They even setup meetings right away when we were considering to buy for a *** ******* That purchase was sold in 2017. They sold us insurance for 5 years +. This was added insurance. Today - when we wanted to claim for any issues - We followed process to send an email with pictures and details - We've RECEIVED no response. This email was sent July this year - Aug and Sept and NO response AT ALL - I understand it is the summer and they are busy - AND no response is NOT a great customer service. They sold us a product that they themselves are not following through. ****** ** ****** **** **** ******** - they will SWEET talk you on anything you want - but when its time for their part - they'll ignore you.

    We purchased a brand new 40 foot trailer as well as extended warranty. We had several things wrong with it. We were told to bring it in for repair. It's a travel trailer that stays on site, impossible to bring in. After many many emails and phone calls, they sent staff out to replace faulty air-conditioned etc... We then continued to have issues with other parts .we were very frustrated to say the least. Our daughter posted a negative review., stating my parents saved thier money for many years and now they have to deal with this business,..etc We were told by warranty department they would only fix issues if our daughter took review down .which we did. They replaced, yet another air-conditioner, and fixed tip out . They don't respond to emails in any timely manner. We again had issues w electrical as well as stove. We have called and emailed many times. No response. Tina says...we are sooo busy ... They can't even contact us . We fixed our issues, at our cost , but still have ones we cannot fix. I even just asked if they could supply parts ...we would pay labour . Nothing. * ***** ***** ********* **** ******** ** ******. They take your hard earned money , then ignore you . We are not the only ones who received such terrible customer service. To pay for extended warranty was a joke , they don't stand by it at all. We should be refunded part of what we paid if they can't honor agreement
