    We etransferred a deposit of 625.00 to BST Recreations on July 06th 2023 for purchase of a hard top gazebo listed on Market Place for the amount of 2500.00. We etransferred to ********************************* After many emails, phone calls and Messenger messages that were ignored they finally contacted us 7 days after money was sent saying gazebo was damaged. Big storm and we will etransfer money back to you.
    We have still not received our deposit of 625.00.
    During all of this our friends had contacted them about one of their gazebos not knowing our situation and had etransferred them 2000.00. Our friends immediately went to Grand Bend to pick their gazebo up and while they were on route...seller called and said do not come I don't have anyone to help load it. Our friends did go and saw one left under a Tarp and the girl said no it's not yours. They said yes it is We sent 2000.00 and took it.
    Maybe we should have done the same thing. I'm sad ?? please help us.

    Good afternoon, the customer was addressed by our paralegal and received a email transfer for the full amount of his return requested in which he profane negative response.  " We will see your business burn before we withdraw any public posts or public awareness messages" Our business is currently in talks with legal representation In regards to this matter to pursue a defamation lawsuit. As this customer received a full refund yet continues to attack our business publicly. We are seeking that the complaint be removed based on the confirmation number for the return being posted here : $625 paid by email transfer on August 8th 2023 confirmation status accepted :I**********

    Better Business Bureau:

    Since it took over a month to recieve our deposit back and a long pause in between communicating with us, we feel we were ignored by them. 


    We also believe if we did not seek help from BBB this situation would be unresolved.
